Modern Slavery Statement for the Financial Year ending in March 2020
Comfort Cabs private limited (Comfort my Travel) recognizes the fact that modern slavery and human trafficking are significant global issues standing as a challenge for any business throughout the world. Comfort my Travel is committed to improve its practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. We have zero-tolerance approach to the issue of slavery, and are committed to use ethical ways with integrity in all our business dealings.
Supply Chains and Business Deals
Comfort my Travel is a Travel Management business setup since 1998 renowned to be one of the best Kailash-Mansarovar package provider in India.
We encourage transparency in our supply chains and implement a program of measures reduce the risk of slavery and/or any account of human trafficking within our supply chains and the company is committed to making sure all the right measures are been taken at all points regarding the issue and will continue to seek confirmations over time.

Comfort my travel has in place the following given policies which reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with honesty in all our business relationships:

- Equality and Diversity Policy;
- Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblowing) Policy.
Initiatives to identify the issues
As part of the company’s initiative to identify the issues of slavery and human trafficking, systems will be developed to:
- Identify and evaluate areas of risk in our supply chains;
- Diminish the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains;
- Monitor potential risk areas in the supply chains;
- Train staff regarding the issue to assist them in understanding the risks of slavery and human trafficking.
All risks will be monitored and evaluated through a risk document.
Supplier compliance to our values
Comfort my Travel has zero tolerance policy towards the slavery and human trafficking issues and expects its suppliers and contractors to register to the same values. It will not conduct business with knowingly with any entity engaged in slavery and human trafficking practices and would not permit them to be carried in any way, direct or indirect. We adapt our standard terms and conditions to include the applicable anti-slavery provisions and will be looking to secure similar protection in all the relevant supply arrangements.
Training
Proper training will be provided to all our staff to make them understand on a higher level about the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and our supply chains.
Our effectiveness in combating slavery and human trafficking
This statement is made in agreement to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and accounts for the slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending on 31 March 2020.
