1. Arrival in Hanoi
- Discover Hanoi’s blend of vibrant city life and serene French colonial charm. Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our driver will greet you and escort you to your hotel in the city center. The rest of the day is yours to relax or explore at leisure. | – |
2. Hanoi City Tour
- (Private with Indian Lunch): After breakfast, explore the city’s highlights, starting with West Lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest pagoda. Next, visit the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, famously known as the “Hanoi Hilton.” Then, tour the Ho Chi Minh Complex (Mausoleum & Museum), One Pillar Pagoda, and Temple of Literature—Vietnam’s first university. Please continue to the Hanoi Old Quarter for an immersive experience of its historical French-colonial architecture and bustling street life.
- (SIC with Local Lunch): Pick up in the morning for a guided tour of Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Complex, and more. Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by visits to the Hoa Lo Prison Museum and the Temple of Literature. Return to the hotel by evening. | B/L |
3. Hanoi to Sapa – Cat Cat Village
- (Private with Local Lunch and Dinner): Journey to Sapa, known for its stunning mountain landscapes. After check-in, your guide will take you to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black Hmong ethnic community. Marvel at the scenic valley views, cascading waterfalls, and remnants of a historic French-built hydraulic power station.
- (SIC with Local Lunch and Dinner): Early morning departure for Sapa, stopping halfway for a break. Arrive by lunchtime, check-in, and begin an afternoon trek to Cat Cat Village, experiencing the local way of life. Dinner and a free evening to explore Sapa Town. | B/L/D |
4. Sapa – Fansipan Mountain – Return to Hanoi
- (Private with Local Lunch): Start the day with a transfer to the Fansipan Cable Car Station. Ride to the summit of Fansipan Mountain, also known as the “Roof of Indochina.” From 3,143 meters above sea level, enjoy panoramic views of verdant landscapes. Return to Sapa in the afternoon, check out, and travel back to Hanoi via express coach.
- (SIC with Local Lunch): After breakfast, head to Fansipan and enjoy the spectacular views. After returning to Sapa, have lunch, then depart for Hanoi, arriving late evening. | B/L |
5. Hanoi to Ha Long Bay – Overnight Cruise
- Depart from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. Board a traditional junk boat and enjoy a buffet lunch. Cruise through limestone karsts, taking in the mesmerizing scenery. Activities include kayaking, a cooking class, and optional nighttime fishing on deck. Savor dinner onboard.

6. Ha Long Bay – Return to Hanoi & Departure

- All personal expenses other than the stay charges like laundry, telephone bills, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, and, etc. are not included and shall be borne and paid at the checkout of the respective hotel.

Air Tickets, Flights & Travel
- Passenger names and guest names should exactly be similar to the details on the passport, any name change or corrections in the details shared or expenses incurred shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, and Comfort My Travel will not bear any liability for the same.
- In case of flight tickets booked using special schemes and low-cost airlines ( Jet Star, Fly Dubai, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be part of the package/tour cost. Baggage can be added as per the requirement of the traveller at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination. Our team of experts will reach out to you within 48 hours after the booking has been confirmed for baggage addition.
- All baggage requirements shall be communicated to our team of experts before 5 days of departure
Hotel
- Standard check-in timings at the hotel are 1400 hrs and check-out is 1100 hrs. An early check-in or delayed check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel you should confirm with the hotel staff at the time of check-in
- In case of hotel is not available which was mentioned in the tour itinerary then a similar hotel type will be provided
- Few select hotels abroad may ask for a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in which will be refunded at the time of checkout as per the hotel policy
Sightseeing local city tours/transfers
- Leisure day/Reserve day simply implies that there is no sightseeing activities have been included for that day
- Kindly be punctual for the activities planned. Foreign countries are very strict in following a schedule
